I own too many dresses
And it took me far too long in the trying-them-all-on process to realise that I should stop trying on dresses that were restrictive and made me feel fat.
Because I remembered I’m spending my NYE lying in a park eating food which a bunch of friends who are all in couples. Then going back to one of their houses after the 9pm fireworks. I like looking nice but I have no-one to impress.

I’ve done a whole bunch of editing today to finish off what I started several months ago.
I was a bit scared of getting to the Joshua Tree National Park photos….there’s lots of them.
I will do them in bunches though so they don’t overtake my queue.

Audience Member: This question for Mr. Moffat. How are you going to keep doing the regenerations because, the Doctor is only supposed to have 12 and he's used them all up apart from that last one.
Moffat: First of all, he can regenerate 12 times and that would mean there would be 13 Doctors. What we'll do in the event that we reach that point, and we've had 13 Doctors, there's this emergency BBC protocol. We will....make something up.

Since I was about…19/20, every year I go and browse the Triple J Hottest 100 suggested songs and I realise I know fewer of them. I must be getting awfully old and uncool. My naughty habit
I was talking to a friend (a particularly utilitarian male friend, I could never expect him to understand) about my voracious clothing habit the other day.
He wanted to know what I did with my old stuff. Well, I told him, there was a reason we were talking about my floordrobe. I went on to explain that all my too-big clothes, and a bit more besides, have been donated to op shops (thrift stores)....
